NATURAL GRACE

As fruits and vegetables ripen, swaying gently on boughs and branches, or hide the promise the carry among the secrecy of roots and leaves, so I seduce them to a tasteful dance, swinging and swirling in their own matchless palette of colour and taste.

Fruits and vegetables were always able to steal my heart. From all the corners of the earth, they beam at us in all their splendour and deliciousness. Through their infinite wealth of shapes, scents, colours, and flavours, the offer boundless culinary possibilities, with the wholly unique aesthetics of their incomparably gracious nature.

The photos from the Natural Grace series came about during the joining of two of my books in the new edition of Flavour Friends Fruits and Vegetables. My Flavour Friends perspective is a method for inspiration, using flavour mindmaps to unlock a world filled with unexpected taste combinations and culinary creativity.
